• Entry age for new applications: From eight weeks of age up to nine years of age.

• Annual benefit limit: $5,000, $10,000, or $15,000 per policy period.
• Covers accidental injuries and illness conditions up to the selected annual benefit limit.
• Sub-limits for specific conditions: Cruciate ligament conditions ($3,200), consultation fees ($300), dental illness ($600), emergency boarding ($1,500), intervertebral disc disease ($4,000).

• Dental illness: Covers dental treatment for specific conditions with a sub-limit of $600 per policy period.
• Overseas pet travel: Covers vet expenses for sick or injured pets while overseas in Australia or Norfolk Island.
• Emergency boarding: Covers 80% of boarding costs at a licensed kennel or cattery in case of hospitalisation or emergency accommodation due to family violence.
• Paw Care package (optional benefit): Covers preventative health care treatments for pets, including desexing, health checks, vaccinations, and more.
